Lost data in upgrading to 4.0

    Default Lost data in upgrading to 4.0

    Hello:

    I upgraded to v. 4.0 from 2.6.3 yesterday. Even though I backed up my Users file, all of my data files are from May 2002 instead of yesterday.

    My only hope of recovering data is to hotsync and have my handheld overwrite my Mac. However, this means that I'll still lose a week's worth of date.

    Any suggestions?

    Hello Jill.

    When you say that "all of my data files are from May 2002 instead of yesterday", what data files are you referring to?

    Are you talking about the Palm Desktop 4.0 application files?
