    reb1, yes, MissingSync should work.

I've used it on Macs since the first Palm pilot.

    I asked Acecca.
Acecca sent me a link to this thread, and suggested I ask Landsurveyor if he'd tried it. Question asked, question answered, end of inquiry. Thanks.

New tidbit. The Aceeca does not have non-volatile memory. I finally managed to run the thing down through a combination of setting the brightness on max (I even used it as an emergency flashlight once) and just plain use. Got the familiar "place stylus here". Tabula rasa.

I don't think this is a big deal as the battery lasts an awfully long time. Would suggest buying the biggest SD card (probably 2gb) it will take and a backup program. And sync often, of course.

So you have real RAM. Cool. Tends to be much faster than non-volatile flash memory and, as you pointed out, with that big-arse battery it should be easy to get through to the next charging opportunity.

4GB can be 'SD' or 'SDHC'; 4GB SD might be readble, SDHC is not supported as per specs

so, it doesn't suffer from TX NVFS issues ?

is the usage speed comparable to T3 (i.e. blazing fast) ?
or is usage speed comparable to TX ? (i.e. like cold molasses?)

I've never owned a TX but it seems pretty fast. Mine doesn't have wifi so I can't compare it by going online.

I have downloaded it and put it in my Palm folder, but not quite sure what to do with it yet.

Hook, I think I am lost. Somewhere you posted the Aceeca links. I downloaded the program and printed out Wyrenut's instructions and the Troubleshooting PDF. The instructions were awesome and I was able to sync the TX for the first time in a couple years. Question- What did it sync to?

when the HotSync (HS) icon is in the taskbar, if you click it, one of the items in the popup list is Custom. click it, and a popup window opens, listing your conduits and the current action for each, as well as your HS ID.
