Synching multiple calendars in Outlook 2000

I have a Palm IIIx that I am synching with MS Outlook 2000. I also have access to my bosses' calendar within Outlook as well (I have access to this person's entire mailbox via our corporate LAN).

When I synch my Palm with Outlook I want it to be populated with the appointments in MY calendar as well as HERS.

I also want her contacts (as well as those in my Contacts folder) to overwrite those on my Palm.

Is there a way to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
