    Question Help with private rec./workplace

Newbie here would appreciate a referral to any software that will hide a calendar entry when I sync with my workplace computer. For example, if I enter "Job Interview w/ Big Company" on my VIIx and mark it Private/Masked, I see a shaded bar on my Palm at 9am Monday and I know there's something private there. But when I sync to Outlook (98) on my work desktop, the record plainly shows in my calendar as the words entered and not as a shaded bar, row of "x"s, or something else other than my private appt. Somebody, somewhere must have invented a fix for this. I've looked at Outlook itself and there doesn't seem to be an appropriate setting. I'm thinking that maybe it has to do with how the new calendar item appears to Outlook when it is sync'd in from the Palm. Any ideas? I will also email MSoft tech support. Thanks.
