Changing back to palm Desktop after using Outlook and Pocket mirror

(I've done a search and can't find a similar question here nor on Pocketmirror FAQs))

I used Pocket mirror and Outlook to load up my Todos from Excel and have down loaded them successfully to my m125. I know how to do a one off sync from hand held to Palm desktop, but to make it permanent do I just un install Pocket mirror? ie I want Palm Desktop to now be my normal desk application, not Outlook.

Well, you can try that, I guess (does Pocket Mirror have a separate uninstall listing?), but the usual way is to just reinstall the desktop, selecting Palm Desktop this time.

Pocket Mirror does have a separate uninstall listing; I did this, but the Hot Synch no longer existed for Palm (I suspect it disappeared when Pocket Mirror was installed?), so I then reinstalled Palm with out any problems.

I think your answer suggests there is a choice of either Outlook or Palm: On the m105 soft ware there was a choice of using either Outlook or Palm; with the m125 software I' m pretty certain there is no choice (I've installed them both twice previously) I wonder why the m125 doesn't give the choice?
