Time management / tracking software

I am a quality assurance coach for a thriving call center. I am looking for some software for my palm where I can time how long I am coaching each agent and be able to give a summary of what had been taken place. I want to be able to categorize different things that i do during the day like meetings, monitoring time, coaching, projects, etc....

i would really appreciate some suggestions regarding this request.

i have tried out like 20 different freeware, shareware, demo, & purchased software, but it's all still not quite what i'm looking for

is there any type of a program out there that i could dl and then be able to make my own format's on palm? (without) requiring a Phd.

Well, I've had good luck with HourzPro on the Palm, which collects information that can be imported into Timeslips on the desktop, which in turn can output almost any variety of reports and/or invoices. YMMV, of course.

Titrax - freeware

PunchClock - www.psync.com This is what I've switched to as it also has a desktop, and from the desktop you can one-click the data to excel. It's excellent.
