date book not synching

    Unhappy date book not synching

    For some reason my Date Book quit synching, even though everything else works fine. I've tried it with handheld overwriting desktop, vice verse, and with synch files options. but nothing.

    any suggestions?

    I assume you are seeing the Date Book on the HotSync Manager 'Custom...' display.

    (because you said you were able to change it to handheld over desktop, desktop over handheld, etc)

    If you didn't see a conduit for Date Book, I would have suggested you reinstall the Palm Desktop.

    Can you advise what you're synching with? (Outlook or Palm Desktop)

    And can you please click on the HotSync Manager, select 'View Log' and tell me what you see?

    Cool.

    Try this link from the Chapura help site...

    The Calendar WILL NOT synchronize, but Contacts, Tasks & Notes will...
