How to: transfer waypoints from PPC.

I think this has been addressed in the past but can someone tell me how I can save my waypoints on my iPaq HX4700? I've got quite a few and I need to make a backup of them. Thanks.

Assuming you are using garmin Que and want to save all waypoints made in Que:
1) connect with ActiveSync
2) open Mapsource
3) select 'Receive from device' and select 'Waypoints'
4) save your waypoints as a Garmin gdb-file.

Restoring them again goes the other way around.

You saying that Chavtown has more than one pub that you need to keep track of?

Mapper: thanks for that sensible solution.

Skata: if you knew but a little of the pubs in Chavtown you'd appreciate soon enough you don't need a breadcrumb trail from one pub to another. You just have to follow the trails consisting of urine, ejected Indian curry's, broken bottles, and people staggering all over the place. During the World Cup there is an elevated order of magnitude of "social" problems in Scumtown, UK.
