Yahoo and VersaMail on T5

hi,

I use the buildin VersaMail app and although I can download mails from my Yahoo pop account when I hotsync with my computer (being online at the same time), I can't send mails.

Any ideas?

I use smtp.mail.yahoo.com as my Outgoing Mail Server

PS: in my hotsync log it gives me no reason for not sending the emails

It wont send email while hotsyncing? or when connected to net via BT/cellular or other non-hot-sync connection??

Hot sync needs to use your PC settings to send while syncing, if you are using cellular, or BT LAN, to connect to I-Net, then you should be able to send email using the yahoo smtp settings...

yes, I am sending/receiving e-mail only through hotsyncing and not through my cellular account.

I just wander if there are some special server settings (eg ESMTP)
