    Default Snappermail questions

A few quick questions about Snappermail for those who have purchaed it (and Will if he sees this):

If you bought the software, did you buy the cheaper current version or the more expensive 'free upgrades' version?

Does Snappermail work with Yahoo email (with POP subscription) and with Apple's .Mac email service?

Is the account setup as easy as VersaMail. which has profiles for the above-listed email services included?

I have Documents To Go and will not buy QuickOffice, is the any integration between the two?

    Can Snappermail display html emails?

I just got a Bluetooth phone (SE T68i thru ATT), so I have been using VersaMail a lot more than I used to. VersaMail seems to like to crash occasionally when downloading Yahoo email. Do users see more stability in Snappermail?

Thanks for answering any or all of these questions.

    Brian

To answer at least some of your questions ...

I bought the 'free upgrades' version - so much work is being done on this program that I want to keep up.

Snappermail works with (I think) any pop3 mail program. Setup is straight forward as long as you know the mail server details.

There is no direct integration between Docs2Go and Snappermail. You would have to save MSOffice Dosc to your desktop and convert them. Quickoffice will open them direct from a memory card.

AFAIK, Snappermail will no open HTML e-mails. This would be a great feature Will :-)

I have not had a single crash with Snappermail, it seems very stable.

    Hope this helps.

I can confirm that Snapper works great with Pop3 email from Yahoo. I don't use the program that extensively... only to check my email when I'm on the move.
