Default A question on remapping buttons

Well, I bit the bullet. I am trading in my e805 WiFi for a Samsung i730. The only qualm I really have about the new unit is its lack of a rocker switch which I use heavily on the e805 to read eBooks. Although the i730 doesn't have a rocker switch, it does have a volume up/down on the side that I would like to reprogram as a page up/down in Reader. Unfortunately, I can't reprogram those buttons from the Settings-Button screen (for whatever reason, the aren't listed). Does anyone know of a way to do this?

I posted this same question to the i730 forum and my post has received quite a few reads, but no replies. I figured the hacker crew from e805-land might be able to suggest a direction. I suppose I could always write my own app, but if someone else knows of a simpler/pre-built way of doing it, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using the program for a long time. However, it has a problem with toshiba pdas. When you go to the settings area, you get to see 2 buttons icons, one is from the original file and the 2nd one is from the vito.

The scroll wheel settings can be only changed via the origonal buttons setting. The vito won't be able to help you to set different buttons, for example record and the scroll wheel...
