E-740 and Toshiba Bluetooth SD Card

Has anyone attempted to install the Toshiba Bluetooth SD card on the E-740 yet? I'm on my 3rd hard reset! There appears to be a software conflict between the bluetooth software and active stink. After the bluetooth software is successfully installed, the unit no longer active synchs. You get a "critical error" message and you can't start active synch. Also, when you launch the bluetooth program on the E-740, it attempts to launch active synch - even though you're not in the cradle - and it locks up with the same "critical error" message. My 3870 is starting to wink at me.

Oh - I forgot to mention that Toshiba tech support has no clue and said they would escalate the problem and someone will call me back. Yeah - OK - I'll wait here.

Probably totally unrelated, but have you installed the updated USB drivers for the e740 for Activesync?

I am sure that probably is not your problem, but when I saw the Activesync issue, I thought that this might be another one of those anomalies with the original drivers. Just thought i'd mention it.

Thanks. I did try it. It made no difference. BTW - it appeared to only install something on my laptop - not the e740.
