List of programs I have running on my be-300.

Here is a list of programs I have running on mine that I have not seen listed,I plan on sending and Email to the people that have websites up and are willing to post these. To the best of my knowledge that are all freeware. All I did with these was copy the exe to a flash card and then run it.

2 type of Majohng Shanghai & Sichuan in color.
Checkers, Connect 4, VXutils/Network utilities, Dots/Make Squares out of a bunch of dots, Reversi/2 different ones 1 color 1 B&W , Puzzle of Pipes Color, Battleship/can't see whole screen, WharehouseGuy Color, MineSweeper, Palm Clock, Bible reader Color, Tascal Gauge, Tascal Search, Tascal Calculator, SameGame in Color, Sound Control, Quizzer, Blocks/tetris clone in color.

I plan on zipping these up and sending them out. If anyone else want one or all of these let mw know and I will send it to you. I may be a little slow in responding to emails since I'm a little busy at work, but I will do my best.

I am using the standard BE menu and have PalmPage and Sound COntrol running in the task bar.

Also I am trying to get some kind of money management software to work and also pocket word. I have an epod I hope to dust of and see if a can get it off of there.

Try starting with the person hosting and building the unofficial faqs as this link Unnoffical faqs from there you can find links to other sites that are posting information about programs that have been ported to the be-300.

The sound control is a program that when run an Icon is in the task bar and when you click/tap on it it gives you the option to increase/decrease the volume just like in Win9x.

If you just want that program you can do a search on google for soundcontrol wince, or I can send it to you.

although personally, i don't plan on hosting files, i do plan on having a list with links to the makers of the programs and the ports, so users can easily find them. also, i'm planning on having a software review section; would anybody be interested in sending in reviews?

The mp3 player that comes with the BE-300 is pretty weak graphically, but has a very useful feature in being able to control the sound volume using only buttons (no stylus required while listening). It also allows you to shut off the screen to save batteries, which significantly extends battery life.
