casio e-125 problem-->read

my friend has an e-125. hes had it since mid july. but now for some strange reason his battery wont charge past half way. he even bought a new battery hoping that it would solve the situation. It didn't. he uses the regular cradle w/ standard power cable to charge it. he has no clue whats wrong or what to do about it. casio isn't much help either he says. they sent him in a round-a-bout of doing stupid things.
please help him guys...

Oh, so your "friend" has this problem, eh? J/K. Hmm, that is quite a strange predicament. Sounds like it's a problem with the unit itself, and if your "friend's" E-125 is still under warranty he should try to exchange it for a new one.

At this point I would suspect the transformer (charger). It may not be delivering the proper voltage.

I think your friend is really dumb, he probally just threw the pda out of the car one day and when he picked it back up it tasted like spaghetti. i mean SPAGHETTI!!! its almost like he's french canadian.... jesus! well maybe he should take the casio apart and put some pepsi in there, like in the commercials. i mean if you add pepsi EVERYTHING will work out fine... yes i'm done
