What's quality is the Gameboy emulation on the EM-500? I'm thinking of buying one, but the speed factor is making me weary.

Why buy one when there is a free one that is just as good AFAIK...
go here: www.pocketfun.co.uk and give gnuboy a try. The buttons don't quit map out right ( the three are, from top to bottom left to right: select, start, a instead of start/select, b, a ), on my EM-500 but other than that, it runs good enough.
If you feel you need something better, you could always get PocketGB. I have never used it, so I know nothing about it.

PocketGB is considerably better than gnuboy. Once you've played them both, you'll find PocketGB much more fun to use, and much easier. It's worth the money.Covert of www.cghm.8k.com
