copy or sync from mobile calendar to calendar

    Question

    How do I get the info in the mobile calendar which was obtained from MS Outlook on my destop to the regular calendar on the Pocket PC? Thanks.

    You've got to configure ActiveSync to sync calendar activites from Outlook.

    On ActiveSync, hit the "Options" button on the toolbar and you'll see a list of sync items that you can check off.

    If Outlook is not listed anywhere as the Desktop application source (right hand side), then you may need to uninstall and reinstall ActiveSync. I *think* I remember ActiveSync prompting me for my default applications with regards to email, calendar, and contacts when I first installed it on my desktop.

    I don't think you understand or I'm not communicating properly. Apparently there are two calendars in the Casio. One is "Calendar" and the other is "Mobile Calendar." Apparently when I input into MS Outlook on the Desktop..active sync syncs that to Mobile Calendar but not "Calendar" I would like to have the inputed information in BOTH calendars. Is that clearer? Help??

    newbie, they use the same database. On my casio if I open calendar, or mobile calandar they have the same info. Its not possible then to have info in one and not the other, so your question really doesn't make any sense.

    Actually, a friend of mine with an E-115 had the same thing happen to her. Her Outlook data (on the desktop) synchronizes with the Mobile Calendar but NOT the regular Pocket PC calendar. I suggested reinstalling the latest version of ActiveSync and a hard reset, if necessary. If that doesn't work, I'd contact Casio.

    I guess I have the latter problem. It is going to one but not both calendars. I will contact Casio. I'm convinced it SHOULD go to both.

    Cool

    Had to uninstall and re-install active sync and do a hard re-set. That worked. So to whoever said that I wasn't doing something right, eat my dust. There was a fluke even Casio recognized happens from time to time.
