FS/FT: Sprint PPC6700 + several accessories (needs 2 repairs, both easy)

First, leet me tell you what's included.

-PPC6700 phone (all buttons work, LCD works perfectly)
-Genuine leather case (nice case with 2x flip-access ports, one for jsut the screen and one that lets you use the keyboard) Includes Beltclip and lanyard
-Charger Cradel, lets you charge the PPC-6700 AND a spare battery at the same time
(no documentation, or stylus)

Now, I'm sure you're waiting for the catch. You know I wouldn't sell this phone cheep if it was in 100% working order, right? well here's the catch:

Bad digitizer:
Dont know what's wrong, it *looks* to be in perfect condition with hardly any marks on it, save normal wear. However it does not accept ANY taps anywhere. Could be a simple loose wire, but I dont have the screwdrivers to find out...

Missing Dataport:
On the bottom of the phone the mini-USB jack is missing. I have no idea where it is, the phone shipped like this. I am including a replacement jack, however I cannot get into the phone to sodder it back in place.

Cosmetic damage:
The lower part of the phone (back and bottom) have many marks on them, it looks like this thing slid down a gravel driveway. However this is not visible in the case.

Volume slider sticks:
Slide up and it sticks in the up position instead of commign back down unless you force it down. I think this is a simple case of realigning the spring.

I'm selling it for $150 to recoup all extra parts. The case is ~$50, the Cradel is ~$25, which makes the phone (which works, minus the digitizer and charger port) acctualyl around $75, which is what I paid for it. Shipping is included. USA ONLY!!! (sorry but I just lost $150 shipping to canada...)

I'll also accept as a trade a Sprint Treo 700wx. (just need the phone + stylus. I have case + charger)
