WiFi question
Hi ... May be the question i am going to pose is quite simple but i still want to get confirmed!
im going to get a new phone and I am considering the Black Berry 8820 (AT&T) and it says under the features: "Wi-Fi support: Integrated Wi-Fi gives you increased in-building coverage and extra fast data connections" does this mean that I can connect my blackberry to my house wifi network and get internet and email for free?
Thanks

Re: WiFi question
Yes. They will nonetheless force you to have a data plan you pay for each month, so you can't try to use only wifi to get out of paying for a data plan.

LG Nexus 4: AT&T (Gophone), Android 4.4.2, stock and unrooted-- and probably staying that way.

Re: WiFi question
Hook is quite correct. I've tied to use my BlackBerry Bold with just a Wi-Fi connection, and it won't work. You have to have a cellular connection, even if your data is going over Wi-Fi.
I tried to come up with a way to express my real opinion about this in a family-friendly manner, and couldn't. Suffice to say I disapprove.
