I ordered my Axim on Thursday morning, got next businessday shiping, was told I would get it around 24-26, and got 10% off on top of the $50 rebate....guess when I got it? The next day, in around 5pm. How bout dem apples?

I've charged it up, synched it w/my computer, and vpn...and am looking for what software I should get. This is by far the coolest cradle I've ever seen. The sound quality isn't the best, but I guess my main goal wasn't using it for mp3's.

I'm looking for the ACT! software...cause that's what we wanna start using at work. From what I understand the new ACT! 6.0 is compatable w/the Palm OS, and there is a beta version for Windows 2002. Lemme know if anyone else has/uses/knows how to get ACT!. Thanks

ACT! does have a Palm OS version but nothing exists for Pocket PC OS yet so you won't be able to synch directly with the product, I don't know what ACT!'s plans are for introducing a Pocket PC version.

Congrats on the purchase and fast shipping you got there, you'll love Axim I'm sure and it will be a relationship that grows with all the expandibility offered by the Axim!

how did you get the 10% off on top of the 50 dollar off? do they still have that deal somewhere??

That extra 10% off was in the catalogue they mail, I saw it after I bought mine :( Also how can you say sound quality isn't good, is that without head phones? With head phones it ranks right up there with my Nomad MG. I wouldn't expect much out of that tiny speaker.
