Dell has advertised on Cnet that the 300MHZ axim cradle comes w/ a cradle and rebate for $249. Well when i bought it, it didnt come with a cradle only a usb cable. I called up dell to mention this ad and they sent me a cradle in 3 days.

it will show up in the advertisement field. if theres palm or handspring there, hit F5 until dell shows up.

I just called Dell about it and a woman told me that legally they are not responsible for their ads. She told me she'll let me have it for $10 which I took her up on. I told her that had I ordered it through that ad, I would have insisted on a free cradle. Oh well, it is worth $10.

That has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Dell have got to be one of the most stupid companies I've had to deal with. I love the Axim, but Dell are a bucnh of idiots.

Just called dell b/c I really did at first think it came with the cradle due to that same add. I will get my cradle before my Axim gets here. Cradle will ship 17th, Axim the 31st.

I ordered on the 6th and it is supposed to be here tomorrow.

Really the 30th is what they said, but that is without the shipping time added into it.

Yeah, they are quoting a 15 Business day lead time for the Axim right now. I really hope it i will be more like 5 days.
