DIVX and sound syncs on pc but not on Axim

I encoded a DIVX movie and the sound is synced great when I view it on my desktop, but its out of sync when I view it on my Axim.

The DIVX is:
225 kbps and 320x160
rotated to the left 90 deg
bicubic .75
Process every other frame

Audio:
I used Besweet and Lame to make a 128 VBR mp3 (I think its 128..)

I also tried a 96kbps stereo OGG audio file and it was out of sync too.

Why is it out of sync on my Axim when its synced on my PC?

I keep reading about VBR sound not working on the PocketPC. I would try a CBR Mp3 and see if that works.
