Hi folks, has anyone had their cheque shipped? I recieved my Axim last week, they had told me the rebate coupon would be shipped with the Axim, it wasn't... when I called they said it would be sent seperately... should I be tormenting them? Is there a delay, or did others recieve it with the unit?
Anyone got their cheque yet??

I'm also in Canada (don't know if it makes a difference). I wasn't shipped my rebate form either. I down-loaded it from Dell Ca.'s website. On the form, it said to allow 12 weeks for delivery of the rebate cheque. Guess their having cash-flow problems.

Rebates typically take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to fulfill. Dell is certainly on the higher side of that range, but it's certainly not out of the ordinary.
Rebate forms can be downloaded from the dell.ca website.

Yeah, like they'd rather all the cash flowed in and not out!
I just downloaded and printed the rebate form, and it says it must be sent within 30 days of purchase! Thank god for this chat-group, making me aware that the form was available online. Or else... Dell would maybe have tried to abscond with my dough? I mean, they said it was to have been mailed with my unit. Technically, they could have been off the hook for my rebate by next week.
Grrrrr.... Me no like being made to work, find 3 different numbers, print forms, mail stuff, work hard for rebate. Grrrrr... Dell use shady schemes to make more dough... they LIED TO ME in saying it would come with unit... gRRR!
(I go into fantasy Tasmanian devil whirl and beat up on Dell Accounting/marketing bozos who thought they could foist this on public.) ahhh, that feels better. Now me concentrate on Axim... nice... shiney... good.:D
