Multiple Users for one Desktop??

We are buying about 12 of the 300 Mhz Axim for our Department of Pharmacy. Basically, they are going to be used for drug information databases, calculations, and the sort. We will not be synching up to Outlook for personal information. Thus, my question would be if there would be a problem using one desktop to load the software on each unit??
