Hwlp: Pocket PC - Contacts

I'm using the new Dell Axim X5 and I love it...

However a small question when I add a contact say I type in "Lisa from college" or "Mark StrangeLastName"
It will file these as "College, Lisa from" and "StrangeLastName, Mark"

I do not want that, I want it to be listed as I enter them

Options seems to lack this choice?

Any help?
