I received my initial email confirmation of the order from DELL but not the follow up that said it would be here a day after the first. I emailed customer support tonight but have yet to hear back. It looks like they are only open 7-6CST.
Anyone else have this problem? If so how was it resolved? I'm kind of bummed due to the fact that my ship date was 12/20 and I'm not sure if I'll get it by the end of the year if my order did not go through for some reason.
I'm also worred because the big "site outage" took place the day after my order. I'm not sure if this effected the order or not?
Any thoughts or condolences that might calm me would be greatly appreciated :-)
