Default Documents To Go v11 storage space msg

I have gotten the following message when I tried to run Documents to Go v.11 on my TX: "Out of storage space. Please return after freeing up some space." I have 21 MG free in my RAM and flushed my DB cache with about 12 MB free. I still get the same message when trying to open any (small or large) DTG document. Anyone have an idea about how to "fix" this problem?

    Thanks!

P.S. I couldn't find anything about this at the DataViz support forum.

You may need more space than 21meg to run DTG.

I'm still running v.10, but there is a built-in utility in the install that lets you transfer files to the SD card; have you tried that? it's actually in DTG (in my version), under options, manage applications. also have you done a soft reset?

Thanks for the responses! I ended up doing a restore of a RAM backup that I had done a few days earlier than when the problem appeared. And it fixed the problem - whatever it was.
