    Default Docs2go won't hotsync

I just bought a new Tungsten E2 and am running Windows 98 SE on my computer. I can't get docs to sync to either machine. When I tried reinstalling docs2go, I got an error message that syneDlgN20.dll wasn't installed. Please help! Thanks in advance for your reply!

Attched is what you should see during HotSynch when Docs2Go sync is happening.

If you don't, try right click HotSync icon, "Custom" and ensure "Documents to Go" is set to "Synchronise the Files". Also ensure the correct User is shown at the top.

If you do see the Docs2Go sync is happening and it's failing to sync', make sure the User name on the E2 matches the one shown at the top right hand side of Docs2Go screen. It asks the first time you start Docs2Go but after that it's remains set to what you chose the first time or what ever User name you used last selected.

uninstall/ reinstall is all I can suggest if both of these are correct.

The OS on your computers could be an issue. Windows 2000 or XP are listed as Desktop Requirements on the E2 box.
