Well lelisa13p you could do what I did - I bought a slightly used HP Touchpad Tablet. You can find them from $200 (16g) - $280 (32g). What was great about mine was Android was installed on it as well as the WebOS. I get to play with both OS's! For $230 I believe I got a very nice and capable Android Tablet and a piece of history with the WebOS.
I also saw on Craig's list someone willing to put Android on any HP Touchpad for $25 - maybe it was the guy who sold me mine?????scjjtt
Palms & Phones: III, IIIx, IIIxe, Tunsgen E, TX, Centro -> Samsung Epic 4G (SPH-D700)
Tablet & Chromebook: HP TouchPad 32 GB and a Acer C7 320 GB
Laptop: TOSHIBA Satellite A305; Processor: Intel Core Duo T5800 @ 2 GHz; Memory: 3 GB & 230 GB drive
