Nexus One issuing 7 buzzes and then crashing...?

Hey folks...

Lately, my Nexus One has been occasionally issuing 7 buzzes, one after the other, then crashing. I've tried finding this particular thing with Google, but haven't seen it reported much or the reason for it. There are reports of "5 buzzes" which nobody is sure what it means, either.

Anyone ever had this happen?

New one for me. Might try posting on a good Android Nexus One forum, like at Android.com. However, I haven't heard of it. If still under warranty, might want to talk to HTC.

I hate warranty returns, because they always give you a refurbished model, which I hate - only NEW ones for me! :-)

This only started happening after I made that change you suggested for letting more apps be moved to the sd card, although I doubt that's the cause. Strange coincidence maybe. But then, it's always had some strange behavior over time.

Thanks for the suggestion - I will see if it keeps doing this, and see if I can see a pattern in when it happens.

Crashes normally occur when you have too many things going on at the same time. Try clearing up ram with a ram/task manager.
