    I Am Getting An Error Message: Access Denied

    Sorry to hear it's not working. As I said, I can only vouch for this on the Nexus One. While it *should* work, it is possible there is some tweak made by Sony or your Carrier to the Xperia that keeps it from working.

    Did you follow all the steps including downloading the SDK and installing the USB drivers? You can test this by seeing if you can get a screen shot as per the instructions in my link.

    I followed all the steps mentioned, i was even able to take a perfect screenshot... I had downloaded the Android SDK for 2.1 platform...is there any other version i need to download.

    I doubt it makes a difference, but you can get the latest SDK from the same link in the screen shot article. I suspect the phone or your carrier may be the problem, but have no way of knowing.
